Carmina Rinker is currently finishing her Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution at Portland State University. She works as the Evaluation and Assessment Coordinator of the African Diaspora Dialogue Project, a grant-funded project through a partnership between PSU and the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization. She has studied abroad in France, traveled extensively through Europe, and has done conflict resolution research on the divided island of Cyprus. Most recently, she has traveled to India to work with grassroots NGOs that focus on women’s development and microfinance in the state of Maharastra. Carmina enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, photography, and music.
